# Wrapper bundle v03 changes

OMRChecker remains pinned at commit
`de3f6982822895491be760325fd43e65e90fa293`. Its recognition source code and
all eight accepted RC2 PDFs are unchanged.

Wrapper v03 adds:

- native HEIC/HEIF loading through pinned `pillow-heif==1.5.0`;
- corner-fiducial rectification when the printed border is clipped or strongly
  skewed;
- improved orientation candidate selection using exact control patterns;
- coordinate-based secondary darkness measurements for every answer bubble;
- recovery of faint single marks and resolution of broad-shadow false
  multiples, always routed to review when the secondary layer changes OMR
  output;
- detection of genuine two-bubble clusters, including a multiple mark missed
  by OMRChecker alone;
- required-question completeness validation, with question 41 optional on the
  41-question form; and
- a forty-image Epson/iPhone/Pixel/Samsung regression suite.

Validated result: all 40 real scans return exact Driver IDs and answer values.
Twenty-two clean results are accepted and eighteen are conservatively returned
for review. No real scan is silently accepted with a missed answer.
